steve, I'm taking the extract with a standardized concentration of ginsenoides, it's a dense dark paste in a small tub which tastes like licorice. Powder usually is the dried root, the dosage of course is different. Red korean ginseng has apparently more ginsenoids, the active molecules, but I'll let you know more details.
Not sure why I’m so interested in these eastern roots and benefits now. It almost seems like a lot of new revelations have entered my life since Jupiter is transiting so close to my ascendent. Mccoy I see you as some kind of soul that was very strong into jyana yoga. Perhaps even some of the Greek philosophers dating back to Socrates and Plato and could be they played a part in the higher spheres of thought we’ve recently discussed. I remember as a child walking around with blankets around me like those ancient philosophers and my mother, for instance, often made comments about why I didn’t dress like the other boys in the United Clones of a Merryland.
I’m beginning with 15,000 Mg’s per serving of Korean Ginseng to see if, like Spider-Man, I can weave my own webs.
