I wonder mccoy; if all ginseng is created equal. I mean I looked for some pills yesterday but a big store like Walmart says that at certain times of the year they have American Ginseng. And I think I’m going to have to get Korean Ginseng at a larger city like Grand Rapids. Then, is powdered better? Or how bout the root itself? Or pills?

Since quitting caffeine I’ve attempted various other energizing or brain enhancers to increase cognitive functioning and capacity as well as energy boosters. I’ve been attempting açaí powder, matcha powder, turmeric root, cinnamon powder and ginger root in blended fruit drinks.

Often it seems like to me that we are doing the best we can to live with a treacherous companion we inhabit called the body; Which at any moment can turn on us unexpectably, i'm just attempting my best to keep it slim and, flexible and able to provide accommodations safely till i'm called to abandon it.
