What’s the Rush?

It is a peculiar thing about the life we live today. Everyone seems to be in a hurry to be or get somewhere. Yet where is this rush really taking us? Perhaps down a wrong road. Perhpas to make the wrong decisions. Perhaps to miss things along the way. We take this rush consciousness into our meditation as well. How do we expect to get anywhere in the now if we are constantly thinking about the next thing we are going to do?
