The beneficial properties of sun rays (but not UVB rays in excess) are recognized by modern medicine. As a supplement though, not as a substitute for food. I did that kind of experiment when 20 (eating very little food) and I got extremely emaciated and sick. Someone else may be more successful, but so far nobody took up to the challenge….

Perhaps not. But with combination of sun rays , oxygen and the practice of higher Kriya; the goal may be in reach sooner then we imagine.
