I have nothing against the idea of picking auspicious moments in time to start something beautiful. The thing is, though:
If you are willing to accept everything and all in your life as is - then 98% of all your problems are solved instantly.I have kept practicing this attitude for many years now, and it helped me a lot. It is being taught by the masters.
On a side note: 
Harald Bluetooth, king of Denmark and Norway had a personal fart-interpreter who walked behind him all day in a bent-over posture in order to tell the king what the day had in store for him.
