steve, I am ready to admit I may be biased, but, the more I reason into this sphere of thought, the more my reason suggests to me that many people are supporting the wrong, not the right sphere of thought.
The wrong sphere of thought is simply that Hamas is Palestinian resistance and that the attack of the 7th of October was legitimate.
The right sphere of thought in my opinion is that Hamas behaved like a terrorist organization, non like legitimate army. Also, civilian Palestinians went out and committed the most demonic acts.
Now, the above atrocities prompted an inevitable armed response. Civilian deaths are also an inevitable part of such a response.
The above is my I hope impersonal view.
The protests against Israel are legitimate because they are destroying a 2-million people settlement together with the people, but I don't see any protests against Hamas which prompted the Israeli intervention, hence constituting the prime cause for the doom and destruction.
I also may be biased, but the more i reason, the more I see no one ever protesting against Hamas is because the young people see that American will keep supporting Israel no matter what hideous acts she has done to another country or what hideous act Israel has done to the truth of her own religion by murdering her savior. And, just as the Jews crucified Jesus they still have learned nothing by a similar extermination of the Palestinians. After all, what was the purpose of the message of Jesus in contrast to the Jewish old Testament?; Forgiveness. But regardless of who is biased in this plot Mccoy should the United States play God? I believe that is our mistake in this conflict.
We have a much higher calling in this life then the karma initiated by the barbaric acts of those souls still embroiled in the aftermath of the Kali Yuga.
I agree, we are just watching the cosmic movie and focusing on different aspects of this plot.
