steve, I am ready to admit I may be biased, but, the more I reason into this sphere of thought, the more my reason suggests to me that many people are supporting the wrong, not the right sphere of thought.
The wrong sphere of thought is simply that Hamas is Palestinian resistance and that the attack of the 7th of October was legitimate.
The right sphere of thought in my opinion is that Hamas behaved like a terrorist organization, non like legitimate army. Also, civilian Palestinians went out and committed the most demonic acts.
Now, the above atrocities prompted an inevitable armed response. Civilian deaths are also an inevitable part of such a response.
The above is my I hope impersonal view.
The protests against Israel are legitimate because they are destroying a 2-million people settlement together with the people, but I don't see any protests against Hamas which prompted the Israeli intervention, hence constituting the prime cause for the doom and destruction.
I respect your view moccoy but there may have been no attack from Hamas if the Israel government didn’t allow its citizens and encourage them to constantly take the homes and land away from the Palestinians.
Your view that the Palestinians have no legitimate army reminds me of the protests of the British against the early settlers ( who settled here in America. ) who wouldn’t fight like them, marching in rows to their death while we hid behind trees and picked them off. Do you really expect the Palestinians to wage a conventional war against the power and might of the most powerful government on earth who are providing weapons for it (Israel) on their terms? I am appealing to your reasoning and logic.
Personally I believe the U.S. is creating much bad karma by sending all those weapons to a self righteous religious people who crucified Jesus and still believe their savior will come. This also affects my personal karma because I am a citizen here. So I have every reason to express a view on what i see as a mistake in our continuing to be igniting the conflict with our military might. To me their leader Netanyahu and his right wing coalition has brought shame to their people.
But on a more personal level, I want you to remember that I had reminded you that you are and will be going through many value changes and challenges in your life for an extended future with Pluto transiting your second house of values and your natal moon. This is only one factor I have pointed out in a series of signs showing in your natal chart by current transits. But I have refrained from discussing it more. This shouldn’t prevent us from respectably differing in our views. We have a much higher calling in this life then the karma initiated by the barbaric acts of those souls still embroiled in the aftermath of the Kali Yuga. And regardless of your present learning experiences as reflected in the stars and signs…. I also can learn from our interactions, as I struggle to see my own thoughts in the light of a higher consciousness.
