You should always try to wear, and to surround yourself with, colors that are harmonious to your nature. And for the reasons I have mentioned, gold, blue and white are good for the nervous system. Of course, for a change you should use other colors as well. But generally, it is good to have some of these particularly beneficial colors around you. You will find your nervous system will be much calmer"
