Yes I have a ‘Taste for them’ also I just think it is interesting to note that I have a ‘taste for them’ every day. And especially something more caffeinated.
Steve, I have not been drinking any of those beverages for decades. Then I started drinking them but I feel that the attachment is more about their taste than about physical or mental dependence. If I feel like having a coffee, a good decaf to me is like a good caffeinated cup.
To be scientifically objective, what I find much more powerful than caffeine for mental alertness and efficiency, is sleep. The regenerative power of sleep is unsurpassable.
