In the last two years, I was forced to curtail very substantially my meditation time. There was no anger or irrationality, but of course, I feel something is missing.
Mccoy do you think there is any way you can distract your son while you meditate? Perhaps have him wash dishes or play the keyboards while using earphones. Or maybe mimicking you when you are energizing? I noticed, are unusual visitors—the trolls here have no helpful advice accept to mock us. Seems as though some people have no better activities to do then to attempt to bring others to their attention; while at times i get done meditating and feel euphoric.
It's not so simple, he's usually restless and must be constantly supervised since does not engage in a single activity for long; when I don't supervise him I have a backlog of things to do, including taking a nap because nightly sleep is often interrupted. I had to reorganize my day but all is good presently since the extraordinary mental instability he exhibited at the beginning has subsided substantially now, due no doubt to the combined effects of pharmacological intervention and favourable environmental stimuli.
And, I would add, maybe the intervention of some good astral entity who listened to my prayers.
