I feel a great importance right now to calm my mind and expand my awareness. But what does it mean, to you, to expand consciousness?
To me, it means we are more than our bodies... And there is a greater picture...
Consciousness replaces egoism and transforms us into higher beings. How are we to exist in conscious awareness? Meditation and mindfulness are two key ingredients. The more we become conscious beings, the more we reflect enlightenment and cosmic awareness.
