I do not see Worrying as a constructive practice in helping friends and in relationships. People often say ‘we were worried about you and didn’t hear from you’ however, it would be much better to just pray for somebody if you felt concerned about them. Worrying comes from a sense of loss in a personal way, and in my opinion is not helpful to another person. It can actually bring that person down in for instance, the passing of that person to the other side. It would be better to have joy and prayers for that person.

This is a nice thought Steve.

To add additional perspectives to the topic -

Sometimes my worrying about others, is actually because I am worried about my self. Like how I behaved, in contrast to how I wish I behaved- all these little worries coming from an overly sensitive Ego. Sometimes... It's best just to let everything go and not worry at all. Let the cards fall where they may and keep on in your spiritual efforts.

A new mantra I have tried introducing at work... And I realize I need to try as well with new relationships-
"Less is more."

 Cheesy

Where actions speak louder than words, and stories can be shared in a reciprocal manner.

Friction in it self is not negative. I am hoping to take all disagreement within and around and find the opportunity.  Smiley

Namaste friends.
