These ‘light bodies’ I feel as though they have a relation to what Paramahansa Yogananda described in the Autobiography of a Yogi and in his other writings as well as the astral, causal and physical bodies and universes. At times I get this strong feeling that I am not really this body I’m imagining that I’m inhabiting. Somehow I’ve really limited my sense is being by identifying theater my consciousness is so much focused on this physical reality that I have lost awareness of these other ‘light bodies’ described in this thread or that PY describes as the astral and causal realms and bodies.

Since you took this conversation in a different direction (Eric) I will leave it here but continue it on a different thread ‘light bodies’.
