Dear Steve,

I found my self saying the same thing this morning to someone... In my mind, it answers your question...

"Even though I am reluctant to meditate sometimes, and have serious screen addiction(so it would seem)... I end up being so grateful for the little internalization and the private world meditation brings. So many answers are coming to life. And we just have to take our step forward and keep trying."
