Thanks for getting me back into a nightly routine with meditation. Seriously. I still struggle with screen addiction and kicking myself off the electronics prior to bed. But when I do, and I meditate- I find that world of interiorization to be one of the most majestic and beautiful experiences ever. Why do I resist so often? I suppose I am still a child. Well I had a really brief, spontaneous, but amazing experience in meditation last night.

I heard and felt the sounds of whales. With closed eyes it felt like I was mentally singing with other whales. I felt the depths of the ocean and the longing of sound pushed out from my Being. I could sense these giant forms moving in the ocean with my 'minds eye.' I haven't experienced anything quite like it in a fully awake state like that.

It's odd too because I was struggling with my meditation yesterday. I had to stop and walk around- and it wasn't until the end when I decided to go from sitting to laying on my back did the experience occur.

Well... I just want to say, thank you. You don't realize it- but your prompt Sunday night kick started something I had been mentally sitting on for far too long.

I found my self saying the same thing this morning to someone... In my mind, it answers your question...

"Even though I am reluctant to meditate sometimes, and have serious screen addiction(so it would seem)... I end up being so grateful for the little internalization and the private world meditation brings. So many answers are coming to life. And we just have to take our step forward and keep trying."

Thanks for the suggestion Eric. Being patient with answers for life’s decisions can often make us somewhat anxious. Take a new step forward in one direction and if seems unsuitable, we can always try another path and see how it works out and what that direction seems to be saying.

I believe I was very fortunate to find my life’s direction at a very young age, and the gurus were there to help. Although I did seek them out. That may be my best solution now again to ask them to help others and myself on the journey that leads to our ultimate fulfillment and enlightenment.

I find this reading very beautiful and it tells me I must work through my emotional body and heal the wounds in order to see *reality* clearly. I am looking for God in all things, and hoping to choose Love. Maybe I can unite with God, or maybe I can feel this realization more wholly as I work through the different layers of self I've projected onto the matrix.
