Their are important blessing’s today from an enlightened being, many people around the world are celebrating and imbuing in the blessings of this Master in these hours surrounding and contained in January 5 when Paramahansa Yogananda came to this earth in 1893.

Paramahansa Yogananda was spiritual teacher and author who introduced the ancient science of Kriya Yoga to the Western world. His teachings emphasise the oneness of all religions and underlying unity of all spiritual traditions.Aug 5, 2015

The oneness of all religions- and unity of all spiritual traditions... Reminds me of Sufism.

Happy birthday Yogananda.  He lives on, and I have read accounts of people who have encountered him in their meditations.
