Quite often I avoid inertia by drinking a stimulant and then get up and energize and practice maha mudras. Sometimes though I see that I push myself too much when the body needs rest and this can take me into a different zone of sexual desire, often, temporarily taking my thoughts and consciousness away from continuous mindful mantra practice. But I’ve found it is not helpful to continue to deride myself, and  just return back to practice; knowing that I am not perfect and divine mother knows that, and is helping me overcome all desires, sometimes albeit discouraging efforts at other intruding activities.
