I used to love these guys growing up... They've come out with a new album for 2023 called Seeker.

It's relaxing and not afraid to pull you out of that state but brings you right back to a meditative experience. I imagine sometimes our thoughts to be like this. So soothing and healing in one moment, while tense and on alert in another... Then to realize the comfort we find in slow, long breath and uninterrupted stream of thought- even if that stream has no actual words or imagery associated with it.
