Jeff, you will find many important facts and sources of information about mushrooms under the section; Hall of ‘Mirrors’ and then ‘Nature’. There is a section there called; ‘Mushrooms; a free source of foods’. And various threads like;’ Chanterelles’, Chicken of the Woods, mushrooms to eat and some to stay away from. Do you remember I told you about someone I met who was going to give me a couple of books on plants to forage and specifically mushrooms? Dan gave me two books. One on plants to eat and another on mushrooms. Hope we find time to get together this weekend.
