I wondered about this for years because I used to hear that a guru could give nector. One day I felt somewhat hungry and was meditating in the forest, I tasted this sweet taste in my mouth that satisfied my hunger. I was quite surprised to be reading the Self-Realization Lessons today and read about a technique called; Khechari Mudra. That can help one with this spiritual experience. As many times as I have read the lessons there is always something new yet to be discovered; That explains our experiences or helps us find new way to raise our consciousness.
