The one I liked most is Christopher Nolan's Interstellar. The physics upon which it is based is in part real, the gravity field of black holes, the slower timeflow near the mass concentration in the space time and so on. Kip Thorne, the Nobel Prize for the LIGO system of gravity waves detection, was hired as a consultant.
