It turns out indeed the hawaii firestorm was intentional land grabbing.
It turns out they let the shrubbery grow, they cut the water off but let the power run, they did not use their emergency alert systems(something they are known for), and they are denying aid if it isn't FEMA or redcross. They issued a ban on media and are doxing anyone who tries to uncover what they're hiding.
It's mass murder by the wealthy in order to usher in the smart cities and create the luxury hi-rise. Black Rock apparently owns the power there. All of this happened shortly after they failed to buy the land out from the people.
