It was a trick question in the aspect of it's a matter of who you ask, or who is doing the healing. What one may do another may not.

We are complex individuals with many levels of consciousness, energy bodies, etc. So it can take a lot of work to get to the root cause of something.

So if you were to say that you have this that is bothering you, it could be a lot of work to get to the full clearing of the issue. The other thing with healing is that a lot is dependent on the person being healed. If you clear something for someone, and they don't make the correct lifestyle change then you will be right back to where you started in time.
