It wasn't meant to be a trick question. Guess I didn't think about it like that, and I can imagine if one is clearing things from past lifetimes, there could be a lot to deal with, or alot of emotional exhaustion. I would think then, best to do a little bit at a time. I am guessing the person who is doing the Reiki, knows how to do this, the working on certain areas at a time ?

So one shouldn't just say, I have this and this and this going on, can you help me ? but limit it to just one request ?
