Interesting conversation about Reiki. Question is, is Reiki healing only for physical ailments ? or can it be for emotional healing also ?

That's the beauty of Reiki it is for all ailments. Physical, Mental, Spiritual. Reiki also knows no bounds of time and space. So Reiki can be sent to the past, as well as the future.
However there is more to healing then just energies of any kind. It takes work of the individual to make lifestyle changes that incorporate the positive energies. Without such changes the person will return to the way they were.
