Well that is kind of a trick question, and it's not a trick question.

Are there limits to what you can work on? Some would say no. You can do the whole thing at one time.. However if you are doing energy work that means you are doing clearing work. So you are clearing out something that has been in you for a long time. If not many life times. So, IMO, it's best to work gentlry on yourself. Give yourself time to adjust before you do everything at once.

It's like the attunements themselves. Some say wait time before each attunement. Some say you can do them back to back if you want to.
