If you can find peace in meditation it opens the door to other experiences. We put too much realty into this world and its activities. If we were to spend more time in meditation and sitting in the silence we may find the subtlety of other dimensions opening before us.

If you can get calm and relaxed enough sit with back straight and you will be meditating!

I still see a body when I look in the mirror but I know that Amma, Yogananda and other Masters see us as spirits. I have seen the miracles they are capable of, and have witnessed some of the blessings and grace they impart on their devotees. So I continue meditating daily hoping to see this world and the people in it more and more as they have.
