Practice those stretches with enthusiasm Blue Nova. You need to do them. This you know to keep in shape. A little bit more flow would be in order and not so much resistance that manifests in the stretches and life style. Each stretch and body difficulty reveals another layer of consciousness and elements of your own personality.
