Moments of Joy and Wonder

After meditation and because of meditation I often experience moments of joy and wonder and recognize that experience is still a part of me, I just need to continue with my spiritual practice to unearth such treasures.

I agree, sometimes rather spontaneously I feel profound peace, love and contentment.
