Control way too late. My body has been damaged because of this current fiasco. No matter I have been beating it silly my whole life I need to slow down anyways. Mushrooms I am finding have soooooo many good things to them...food wise and for medicine. Let thy food be thy medicine. I forget who said that. It is true. Mushrooms stopped the damage being done, let up on a few things that were hurting...but the damage has been done.
