I rewatched the video forgetting I've seen it already. It's great, thanks for the reminder- I tried practicing this just one night and on that night I ended up having an OBE.

If you believe we are more than our bodies and have had psychic experiences called out of body, remote viewing, even sensing someone's presence moments before their arrival- then you acknowledge that consciousness can be experienced outside the viewing lens of our bodies and physical organ we call the brain.

I think it's fair to say we are both these bodies and still, we are something more.
