Frequencies: what is yours?

I have found that just being around some individuals is enough to pick you up. If we vibrate at a higher frequency it may irritate those who do not understand it. I think there are also people who have much higher awareness then myself that can mask their frequency so they appear more normal and if they care to ‘shine’ those who are fortunate enough to be in their presence at the time may feel a lightness or bliss or even love being in their presence.

Last nite a friend wrote this to me before going to bed; “You too buddy… sweet dreams… angels watch over us … “ and I wrote back; “Thoughts like that are important” since then I’ve been dreaming about Amma most all the nite and felt her ‘higher frequency’.

I think at first I didn’t really recognize who she was but then as I started noticing being uplifted by her presence I recognized it was her all along. As I said above, saints and Masters have the ability to mask their presence so that we may or may not feel their frequency in a casual conversation until they decide to expose themselves. We see this was true of Babaji in the Autobiography of a Yogi as well.

My frequency is in constant flux, usually between joy and sorrow. Confidence and insecurity. And all the while, I try to feel whole even while alone.

I know I'm never alone, and the energy around me is in part a product of my own creation. Other times, energies can be at odd ends with those who are so in their head.

I easily identify with my joy, and run from my despair. I don't want to feel sad, and when I do- I try to shake it off.

Are we the frequencies we emit?

Should we anchor into sadness? Is it appropriate to always choose joy?

I'm trying to reconcile the physical meaning of frequency/vibrations with the metaphysical meaning.

Physically, frequency is cycles per second or Hertz. I deal with angular frequencies as well. The frequency of a musical note is the cycles of excitation/movement per second of the air when the sound (elastic waves) propagates. The acoustic piano has a range of fundamental frequencies of 27.5 Hz to 4186 Hz. HArmonics are multiples of the fundamental frequency.

Metaphysically, the masters describe high/spiritual) vibrations and low (materialistic) vibrations, but it is not well specified what vibrates. The string, the reed, and the air vibrate in a musical instrument. In an earthquake, the ground vibrates. In the astral or causal realms, I wouldn't know.

It has taken since 1687 for scientists to detect gravity waves. How long will it take before they detect frequency waves emitted by human beings?

In 2015, scientists detected gravitational waves for the very first time. They used a very sensitive instrument called LIGO (Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory). These first gravitational waves happened when two black holes crashed into one another. The collision happened 1.3 billion years ago.

Good point Steve, LIGO has been an incredibly exceptional achievement, mainly because those grav waves are so absurdly tenuous that it seemed impossible to detect them above the background noise (i.e. all other manners of oscillations, like wind, traffic, microtremors and so on).

Also, LIGO has been another proof of the semi-transcendent mental abilities of Albert Einstein, whose theory foresaw gravitational waves almost 100 year before their actual detection.

I hope god sends another mind like him to work out the energy crisis in the world.
