Eric, the 4th dimension is of course time, and yes, there are other dimensions, like the dimension into which a black hole stretches out, like a narrow and long funnel. That's why the diameter of a black hole is much longer than its circumference. Should we run along it we would do it into another, little-known dimension.
Then, we can switch our discussion from physics to metaphysics and of course, there are other dimensions like the astral and causal dimensions. You have talked often about your astral experiences out of the physical body, so you practically answered yourself. Metaphysics is not usually recognized by scientists, because of the inherent hubris which permeates that field, sort of a cast where mathematical intelligence rules supreme and does not allow the foolish idea of a Creator. But not all scientists are so materialist.
