A friend showed me something she had used to promote a tribute concert to George Harrison, and the quote:

'May the petals of this flower open up to let the gem of the inner self emerge' was used.

However, neither of us know where the quote came from. I have googled it, and come up with nothing. Sounds almost like Yogananda, but I couldn't swear to it. I wondered whether any of you might be able to shed some light on it.
