Hypnopompic state

Hypnopompic; relating to the state immediately preceding waking up.

Just was napping and in the twilight between wakefulness and sleep a large graceful bird flew in for a landing.

“To see the landing of an aircraft in your dream signifies completion of a journey or some task. Some issues which you felt was out of control is now being grounded.

To dream of an aircraft landing (in this case a large graceful bird landing near me ) represents to ending of a project or plan. Something in your life that has "taken off" or started has now finished up. The completion of a journey or task. Alternatively, a landing may reflect stability that has been restored to a situation that got out of control.”

Hypnopompic. I like a word that I never came across before. It happens rarely.

While awakening this morning I had this happen…I’m staying with a friend and was laying in bed and had a dream like state seeing him walking across water that looked some what  like the beautiful pond here in the back yard. It was almost as though there was a surface to the water with a small amount of water on it and some what of a mist.
