Anasuya Devī was a Guru from Andhra Pradesh. Her teachings were not widely translated into English so she doesn't have a large audience in the US.
Many of her teachings are hard for western interpretation. In south central India if you had asked about a guru 'Amma' prior to the 1980's, people would think that you were referring to Amma Anasuya Devi. Even today tens of thousands of people come to celebrate her teachings. She was born at approximately the same year as Sudhamani Idamannel's grandmother. Hence me calling her the 'original Amma'
