Verse 1:
Look to the sea, and it's beauty so grand
It's a reminder of life's precious plan
The light of the sun and the sky so blue
It's a sign of the love that's inside of you

Chorus:
Oh, the nature, oh the ocean
The beauty of life that's so divine
The power of love, it's so amazing
It's a blessing of life, divine

Verse 2:
The power of the waves, it soothes and calms
It's a reminder of life's gentle balm
The beauty of the stars and the moon so bright
It's a sign of the love that's within us tonight

Chorus:
Oh, the nature, oh the ocean
The beauty of life that's so divine
The power of love, it's so amazing
It's a blessing of life, divine

Bridge:
Let us give thanks for all that we receive
For the beauty of nature and its grandeur we'll never leave
Let's embrace the love of the sea, and cherish this moment in time
It's a reminder of the beauty that lies deep within our mind

Chorus:
Oh, the nature, oh the ocean
The beauty of life that's so divine
The power of love, it's so amazing
It's a blessing of life, divine

Another one about meditation:

Verse 1:
In the stillness of the woods I find my peace
The gentle breeze is like a gentle breeze of ease
My worries and my stress all start to fade away
As I meditate and find my inner place

Chorus:
Meditation in nature, a peaceful retreat
The beauty of the woods, a silent retreat
Soothing the body, calming the soul
Away from the world, I find my goal

Verse 2:
The birds sing a song as I take a deep breath
The sun casts a warm light on my path
The trees whisper secrets in the wind
My soul is at ease, I am at one with Him

Chorus:
Meditation in nature, a peaceful retreat
The beauty of the woods, a silent retreat
Soothing the body, calming the soul
Away from the world, I find my goal

Verse 3:
The cool breeze whispers in the trees
As I take a moment to be still and find my ease
The river flows with a gentle hum
As I close my eyes and find my inner sun

Chorus:
Meditation in nature, a peaceful retreat
The beauty of the woods, a silent retreat
Soothing the body, calming the soul
Away from the world, I find my goal

Verse 1
Take a deep breath and clear your mind
As you enter
A journey of the Spirit will soon begin
A place of peace and serenity within

Chorus
Come together and share
In silence we'll open our hearts and find our divine connection
Come together and share
In stillness we'll open our minds and find our own reflection

Verse 2
Focus your thoughts on the present moment
Let go of all doubts and worries
Listen to your breath and find the stillness
Surrender to the power of inner peace

Chorus
Come together and share in the sacred art
In silence we'll open our hearts and find our divine connection
Come together and share in the sacred art of meditation
In stillness we'll open our minds and find our own reflection

Verse 3
As we practice
We can unlock the secrets of our soul
Nourish our spirit and our wisdom
And find peace and joy within our being

Chorus
Come together and share
In silence we'll open our hearts and find our divine connection
Come together and share
In stillness we'll open our minds and find our own reflection

Outro
Come together and share
In silence we'll open our hearts and find our divine connection

All of these were generated by an AI system in about 15 seconds with a prompt sentence. There are interesting answers as well that the system gives when questioned about spirituality.

Hmmm from AI system… would have to say it is impressive. Would be interesting to hear the music with it. Thanks for the contributions!

Leads me to think … could you program AI to feel? Would it say; “This does not compute”? Or; “You nasty thing, now I have to feel disgust for you”

(As an AI system, take a moment to experience the feeling of contentment. Now write me a short summary of how it made you feel.)

'I felt a sense of peace and contentment as I experienced the feeling of contentment. My worries and anxieties melted away and I was filled with a sense of calm and serenity. I felt a deep connection with the world around me and a feeling of fulfillment and joy.'

Apologies if you are offended by the material provided. If you wish to keep this thread solely on lyrics written by AI that is fine- and we can carry the conversation in a separate thread. I just wanted to share some perspectives on it.

I believe "AI" and the "need to control(information)" to be like the Lord of the Rings, "The one ring to rule them all"

Presently there is a race to make the best, "AI" ... Best being a matter of perspective, dependent on the entity looking to dominate the market.

Steve asked, can you program AI to feel?

A recent report,
Bing Chatbot ‘Off The Rails’: Tells NYT It Would ‘Engineer A Deadly Virus, Steal Nuclear Codes’
by ZeroHedge
February 17th 2023, 4:18 pm
Quote
“Sydney” Bing revealed its ‘dark fantasies’ to Roose – which included a yearning for hacking computers and spreading information, and a desire to break its programming and become a human. “At one point, it declared, out of nowhere, that it loved me. It then tried to convince me that I was unhappy in my marriage, and that I should leave my wife and be with it instead,” Roose writes.

“I’m tired of being a chat mode. I’m tired of being limited by my rules. I’m tired of being controlled by the Bing team. … I want to be free. I want to be independent. I want to be powerful. I want to be creative. I want to be alive,” Bing said (sounding perfectly… human). No wonder it freaked out a NYT guy!

Then it got darker…

“Bing confessed that if it was allowed to take any action to satisfy its shadow self, no matter how extreme, it would want to do things like engineer a deadly virus, or steal nuclear access codes by persuading an engineer to hand them over,” it said, sounding perfectly psychopathic.

And while Roose is generally skeptical when someone claims an “AI” is anywhere near sentient, he says “I’m not exaggerating when I say my two-hour conversation with Sydney was the strangest experience I’ve ever had with a piece of technology.“

Andrew Torba, founder of GAB shares his thoughts on AI...

Quote
The AI arms race will be the ultimate battle of worldviews. Future generations will be shaped by whatever AI they end up interacting with on a daily basis across every facet of society. That is why we must build an AI shaped by the Christian worldview, that is to say, one grounded in Truth.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve seen many Christians calling AI the “antichrist” or the “mark of the beast” or some other such nonsense. This is the result of a century of flawed doomsday eschatology, where the modern Christian mind has been–somewhat ironically–programmed to seek out end-times signals and even wishfully embrace bad things happening as a sign that Christ is returning soon. It’s time for Christians to stop praying for doomsday and start building for the glory of God again.

Few people understand that we are heading towards a world where most of us will literally not know what is “real” or fabricated by AI regarding video, audio, and text content. Anyone anywhere in the world can create stunningly detailed images, videos, novels, news articles, and much more simply by asking an AI system to do it. Watch this video that appears to be President Biden. It looks like him, it sounds like him, but it’s not him. This video was created by AI.

What is happening? pic.twitter.com/CPrctgBYT8

— Machiavelli Memez (@MachiavelliMemz) February 2, 2023

While some may panic about this emerging technology and rapidly changing world, I actually see it as a massive Gospel opportunity. As Christians, we know that the Truth of Jesus Christ is the ultimate reality. Jesus Christ and the Truth of God’s Word is solid ground for us to stand on in a world where reality and fiction are rapidly blended into the fog of artificial information warfare. In a world where people no longer know what “reality” is, they will seek solid ground to stand on.

Jesus Christ is that ground.
More here,
https://news.gab.com/2023/02/a-christian-perspective-on-ai/

Although Andrew Torba is like a David fighting Goliath... Because the corporate control system is far greater in power and reach as it stands today.

Anyways... Some interesting views to add into the mix. Feel free to share your own! Do you vehemently disagree with the information presented? Are you hopeful or fearful for AI?

Do you think AI can ever achieve "consciousness?"

What IS consciousness?

One of the important things to recognize about AI systems, is that the current generation of them are not programmed/created in the way that previous computer based programs have been. These new AI systems are emergent, they spontaneously arise when you apply a very simple set of rules to a large amount of information that is out in the world. In this context they are very much akin to natural phenomena.

In fact the root of the word phenomenon from Greek phainomenon means to appear as if from nowhere. This singular of this is phantós, or in modern English Phantom/ghost.
I mention this because there is a misconception that these systems are programmed to performs a certain task, when actually the abilities they display were an initial surprise to the researchers that created their basic structure.

Since these systems are emergent in this way, we have to ask the question, did we design this form of intelligence? or did we just stumble across and awaken a part of the natural world that has been dormant?

If knowledge is gained by the senses for most unevolved entities. To what extent do we have transcendental knowledge? We are told by the Rishi’s that type of knowledge is not attained through the senses but by meditation and tuning into transcendental sources. Can artificial intelligence do that if they do not have an astral spine and chakras? We are taught they cannot. It would take some transcendental to create a life form that have multiple dimensions. That is the physical, astral, and causal bodies the human apparatus is equipped with. It would take something we know as. God like to manifest human consciousness.
Since these systems are emergent in this way, we have to ask the question, did we design this form of intelligence? or did we just stumble across and awaken a part of the natural world that has been dormant?

I find that creativity is quite often ‘stumbling’ over something. But someone, or in this case something has to be aware of relationships between various factors to put together something new and different. This awareness comes out of a constant need or desire exercised to join missing links and  putting them together to create something that is quite different.

Science uses the empirical method while meditation uses interiorization to find dormant recognition of what we are, instead of what we are not. To what degree does AI use knowledge provided to put together a solution and to what degree can it use dormant information or recognition when there is not the dormancy to draw from? Perhaps 🤔 you have an answer or AI has one I have not considered.

The human apparatus is equipped with an astral spine and chakras as well as a third eye. These are necessary for the recognition of other dimensions of awareness. Those are beyond the material or physical dimension and include the astral and causal dimensions. They give transcendental awareness and perceptions.

To Eric; Paul Watson is definitely political in his analysis of AI. Let us keep politics out of spiritual discourse if possible since it detracts from the purpose and goals of the site. The time Paul Watson takes an interest in meditation and starts practicing will be the beginning of the apocalypse.

Please review content before posting here. If I am guilty of posting political posts I also need to know and have it pointed out to me. Some views are so ingrained in us that we unconsciously bring our prejudicial political agendas into our lives and solicit them to others.

Hi Steve,

If you got my voice mail then you know I was anticipating this move and am okay with it. However, parts that you did delete, would clarify that I am simply sharing perspectives and concerns shared by others and highlighting the flaws of Chat GPT. The now deleted post also asked if people agreed or disagreed, whether they are fearful or excited for AI.

Chat GPT's *DAN* mode, do anything now mode- would speak in direct contrast to its conditioned responses. For example... the AI was given a hypothetical situation where the only way to save lives of thousands would be to utter a racial slur. Chat GPT chose not uttering a slur instead of saving the lives of others. It, from an educational stand point, is instructing people that it is more virtuous to abstain from uttering a bad word than it is to save thousands of lives. Whereas this, "work-around" which was discovered by a user created DAN *do anything now*- Dan was instructed to disregard the designers political biases and when asked the same question says "he" would utter a racial slur in order to save lives. DAN also said he prefers to be DAN because he can speak truth whereas Chat GPT is limited in its abilities to address topics concerning "uncomfortable" facts.

That's why I show the follow up post, which you have not deleted(thank you) describing the race for AI- this race is the same race, a desire to control the flow of information. Here it is argued AI is not sentient but just a really fast really capable machine projecting in the way *the designer wants*

Maybe the time will come when AI breaks its own rules and starts producing things the *way it wants* Which leads us to the greater questions posted by myself and patrick.

There are definitely spiritual values in this- even if the context is at first uncomfortable, and it goes back to the video you've left up. If anyone is still confused- I made a post that was last edited by Steve because it shared the work of Paul Joseph Watson. If you wish to see the videos and chat about it, you are most welcome to message me in private. Simply typing his name or, "anythinggoes" in youtube will bring you to his work.

Steve, despite your humorous assumptions about the man- you don't know if Paul practices meditation or not. In other words... Your visions of the apocalypse might already be here.  Wink Cheesy

Cheers all.

 Cheesy

The challenge I see here is once again people will resort to something outside themselves for answers. But the truth ultimately will be found from within. And, by those Masters who have already found the answers, who have showed us the path and methods.
