Never read if he (Harrison) was influenced by Lewis Carol, but it appears so! Most likely Lennon and Harrison talked about common interests. Because both their songs had a lot of chanting mantras in their music (Harrison’s devotion) and Carol  was one of Lennons literary influences (mine as well). Along with this thought this may or may not interest you - it difficult 😥 to say with your undulating options !
