Reactive Responses

At times we can be having a conversation with someone and notice that both parties or one party is making reactive responses to the conversation. At that point it is best to leave the conversation if there is little to know awareness of the knee jerk responses. The conversation may need to be taken up after some reflection on it has taken place. Part of the spiritual life is having the ability to be reflective.
