How do you fare being around people whose moods constantly change from being up to being depressed?
It seems to me that giving calm healing is the best salve for such discordant vibrations. Until they either change or we/you find ourselves drifting apart.

I’m always working on my attitude. If we carry a dark cloud with us it affects everyone around us in a negative way. Meditation helps me feel at peace with my myself.
