I have recently seen how much aroma and sound affect our
meditation. Whether it is the sound of the wind blowing through the trees. Or rain gently falling on our ⛺️ tents.
Whether it the smell of leaves or palo santos or just the cool smell of the breeze in autumn as incense drawing us closer to our breath and mantra.
