Well in fact a lot of people are going back to albums. You cannot even buy cds in many stores today and vintage record stores are selling primarily albums. However SI if you really want to be a purist about this whole thing …. let’s go back to the symphonic days when we had real instruments and not sampled ones.

You're missing the point. The resurgence in vinyl is just a kids thing, a fad, it's cool. These guys are buying kenner close n plays. CD's are gone cause you can stream with online services, why buy a CD if digital recordings sound great to you?

It's not a purist issue. It's about analog recordings. Did you even hear what Ledermann had to say? It's not about real instruments vs sampled ones.

Not many get it, I don't expect you to get it either, or to even care. I'm just stating something I think has affected society as a whole. It's really no big deal. If folks like the sound of their iPhone that's great. I get looks all the time if I even mention a record. So I gave up as I should have here.

Well to be quite frank with you i enjoy the most listening 👂 not by analog or streaming but rather using my Om board for the sound of Om. At times it sounds much like this song I wrote at the very end….

I like waking up in the middle of the nite and listening to my breath with a mantra and then listening for the sound of Om using an Om board…. Overall my listening pleasures, due to its variable sound characteristics, I would term it analog in its audio output in my head.
