Intereststs; Meditation/Spiritual Life

I had to think 🤔 this last post over. I do believe we are influenced, especially on holy days. But an interesting thought came to me; that is when does such a day occur in for instance India. As I looked I found out that India’s time is actually 10 and one half hours ahead of us. So that means the time I had my breakthrough in meditation, (which was January 4, here in Michigan) was actually already the Masters birthday in India. I also had very similar experiences to you Eric as lately I find myself reminding myself quite often to be absorbed in the present rather than be restless with coming events especially during exercise and meditation routines. And I also think I could do much better at observing my rather unhelpful habits rather than carelessly indulging without reflection. I think I often just let people and my own thoughts surrounding them or my unhealthy habits just take over without much awareness on my part. It has been a regular reoccurrence of mine recently; that is I am experiencing my reality now and not at some present time in my plans for then.
