Thanks Steve, for your interest. And clarification. I can sense your voice better in your writing now days.

I went to a friends last night and got to play the drums, I learned the basic pattern. It was tons of fun.

I'm not sure if you think I struggle with alcohol addiction but can safely and happily say it has not been an issue. Being mysteriously hospitalized last year has really cleaned up a lot of my diet and attitude towards health, I just don't mess around with the stuff anymore and see it as not worth it. Its been that way for some time, even before the hospitalization but the event itself served as a solidification of deeper desires which is a real blessing. It took a lot of work internally before all that, I have seen the negative effects of it all. It may just be like outgrowing certain things... After a while, even foods that once excited me are no longer worth it. Compared to clean eating and the energy I'm given... And the joy I find in exercise...

If you aren't aware I've worked in the meal prep/health food industry going on a total of 5 years now.

I thought it nice to clarify where I'm at personally with you as a thing to celebrate.
