In my case, I had faith in the words of Sri Yukteswar, but that's just a leap of faith since there is really no way to know with our 5 senses as you underline if it has effectively worked and to what extent. The mechanism is probably not explicable by the physics of the material world, so we won't know until the Satya Yuga maybe, or until we are worthy of dwelling in the Hyranialoka planet or similar worlds.

You are right about my previously ironical comment, the real reason I'm not wearing it now is because it started to hurt my wristbone while and after exercising. I may wear it intermittently though.
