IMO, there is a lot of things going on with how you react to wearing something like a bangle, most people understand the reasoning behind it, and just having those thoughts and utilizing some of the 5 senses (namely touch, sight), is enough to alter your thinking on associating everyday occurrences with a bangle. IMO it's how you think that metal in of itself is responsible for creating "vibrations".

To each his own if it helps then go for it. It probably helped SY only because how his own power of belief and ability to turn coincidences into association.

Science cannot yet measure everything although I understand the point of view that just because it cannot be measured why turn it into a miracle.
