Breath

Tuning into the intimacy of breath is somewhat like tuning into the awareness of the life we have been given. Breath is the key to understanding and practices in meditation. Without breath how would meditation take place?

Also like it when it is late at nite and you’re laying in bed…. It’s still all around you. And you become very conscious of your breath. This is the time to sit up and meditate. You are being directed to do so!

I usually crash soon after I hit the sack. Even if I try to meditate before, I dream, I do not meditate.
