We think of ourselves as human bodies. It is difficult and challenging for most of us to get beyond this notion and challenges are notion of spiritual awareness. But we can connect with spirit through a bodily function. That function is breath. We can observe it and treasure it in the life we’ve been given and finally calm it so the presence of spirit descends upon us.
