Babaji and Yogananda’s techniques

Knowing that I have techniques that can get me in touch with cosmic energy, that can keep me pliable, that help me please in physical expression, that keep my back strong for long hours of meditation, that introduce me to breathlessness, that help me see inner perceptions and that enhance and open me up to my own creativity and that help me recover from illness. These are to name a few but are what I have received from Babaji’s Kriya techniques and Yogananda’s energization techniques.
