Place the cooked asparagus in a blender and liquefy to make a puree, and store in the refrigerator..

i eat lighty steamed    with a little salt, pepper and squeeze of lemon....

i wonder why the puree....easier for digestion ?  i would've guessed,,,eat in whole the better, so as to not break nutrients down....
